Project Overview
The ‘Laird’s Place’ project involves the construction of professional housing in Ikeja, Lagos, comprising 72 studio apartments in three new 4-storey residential buildings.
What we did
As quantity surveyors, our role encompasses the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for the construction project. We oversee the tender process, negotiate bids, and handle the management of construction contracts. Furthermore, we diligently monitor project costs to guarantee adherence to the budget and compile progress reports and financial statements. The project is ongoing.
The Results
Piling works have been successfully completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. EPCM is engaged to oversee cost management services for the entire development, ensuring a seamless process from inception to completion.
