Proposed Leisure Park Development
Project Overview
The Proposed Park Development, is 31.194ha park located within the Lekki-Epe Axis of Lagos State, Nigeria and is set to be an iconic destination park for the region. Bounded on the North by Omo Creek waterfront, the Park will include the following sections:-Water Park Node, Amusement Park Node, Resort Hotels, Adventure Node, Admin Service and Security, Residential Estate other food, retail, museum, events and entertainment facilities.
What we did
The project divided into three phases. EPCM provides preliminary cost and project management services for the phased development.
The Results
Order of Magnitude estimates have been established for the development.
