Project Overview
The proposed Arewa (NDDC) Tower is a multi-use development situated within the Central Business District of FCT, Abuja. It includes offices, residential apartments, a banqueting hall, conference rooms, leisure facilities, convenience retail, and underground/raised parking areas. The total built-up area is approximately 37,500m2. EPCM is engaged to provide pre-contract cost management services for this development.
What we did
Our role in this project involves providing pre-contract cost management services. This includes detailed cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure the project aligns with its financial parameters. EPCM collaborates closely with the stakeholders in the pre-contract phase, offering expertise in cost-effective planning for the diverse elements within the development.
The Results
The anticipated results include the successful realization of the Arewa (NDDC) Tower as a landmark multi-use development in Abuja. EPCM’s pre-contract cost management services aim to ensure that the project remains financially viable, laying the foundation for a successful construction phase and a fully-functional, modern facility upon completion
