Project Overview
The Professional Housing Development is located in Akoka, Lagos, and is a new 4-storey residential project featuring 62 studio apartments and ancillary structures. With a total floor area of about 2500m2, the scope covers construction, finishing, and furnishings of the apartments. EPCM has been engaged to provide cost management services for the development from inception to completion.
What we did
