Project Overview
Maryland Mall, a new 4-storey shopping facility in Lagos mainland, covered approximately 7,000 m2 of gross lettable area. The primary challenge was to develop a modern retail space, including hosting the largest LCD screen in sub-Saharan Africa.
What we did
Our EPCM team provided end-to-end Project and Cost Management services. This involved overseeing the entire development process, from planning and construction to tenant coordination. The integration of advanced technological features, including managing the largest LCD screen in the region, was a key aspect of our role.
The Results
The successful delivery of Maryland Mall highlighted our ability to manage complex retail developments. The project not only met industry standards but set new benchmarks in technology integration and retail experience.
