Oluwatomi ogundare

Oluwatomi is a Program, Project and Cost Management specialist. He has provided project advisory services to multinational brands such as Actis, Pfizer, Nampak, and renowned brands such as First Bank Capital, Purple Capital, Mr Price, ARM, Perfetti Van Melle etc while working for WSP and AECOM.
He has successfully provided time and cost management services in Mall developments, Banks roll-outs, Hotels and Offices development, retail fit-outs and large scale residential developments. He has led full suites of construction team and undertaken programme recovery assignments – as Construction Manager at risk. He has provided supply chain management consulting services on DFID projects. He currently manages EPCM operations in Nigeria.
He is currently running an online MBA with University of South Wales, UK.

With over thirteen years of cost management practice, Akintunde is a versatile and accomplished Quantity Surveyor and Cost Advisor with a track record of proven success in managing, supervising construction works with WSP, AECOM and MACE. Experienced in multi-million and smaller scale full project lifecycle costing in the private sector both in Nigeria and Ghana, he has achieved excellence in cost advisory services to the client while maintaining the highest level of standards.
He has successfully provided cost management services in Mall developments, Banks, Hotels and Offices development, retail fit-outs and large-scale residential developments. He is a corporate Quantity Surveyor registered with both Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He is a member of Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), Quantity Surveyor International (QSi) and holds an MBA of the University of South Wales, UK.

Hamish has over 30 years of experience in Cost and Time Management in Africa. He is a professional Quantity Surveyor, Project and Construction Manager, he is experienced in all types of buildings from maintenance to new builds and has worked in most Sub-Saharan African countries.

OLASUNKANMI BABATOPE

Olasunkanmi worked as a quantity Surveyor with Sea Surveyors after which he joined CWP Partnership and EPCM Consultants. He is a Chartered quantity surveyor and Project Manager with a dozen of projects under his portfolio. He has prepared and managed project budgets based on the architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering designs – from preliminary cost plan to final accounts.
Olasunkanmi is registered with both Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).

Rotimi has provided project advisory services on a wide spectrum of projects. He has provided cost and project management services within healthcare, retail , offices, hospitality sectors and under 3-P arrangement.
Rotimi is a serial trainer and member of faculty in several training programs by The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and have equally volunteered in different committees of the same body. He holds an MBA of the African Leadership University, Rwanda.

Fransisco holds BSc in Building Services engineering with over 22 years’ experience in design and Project Management with a focus on the integrated solutions for Building services industry.
He has a broad spectrum of knowledge across many sectors and has particularly been involved with a series of prestigious public sector, aviation, commercial, residential and mixed use schemes in the UK with both M&E Contractor and building services engineering consultant on a variety of projects in healthcare, industrial buildings, data centres, commercial offices, educational buildings, residential, hotels and Airports.

Akinwale is a technological-driven, well-seasoned and accomplished professional quantity surveyor and cost engineer with proven records of successfully completed construction projects where he has acted as a Cost Manager/ Quantity surveyor. He has a vast experience in construction of building works such as commercial office buildings; hotel buildings; residential building; high rise building; mall building; cinema building; commercial restaurant and eatery building; e.t.c. Also, when it comes to engineering work, he is a grounded cost expert with various experiences most especially in road works, bridges, drainages e.t.c.
Been a technologically driven person, he has vast skills in the latest technology drive development in the construction industry such as digital twin, VR/AR, building information modelling from 3D to 6D. such as time, costing and for the management of the facilities. He has a goal to become an entrepreneur researcher who implement every of his research work for the betterment of construction and infrastructure management.

Tomiwa worked as a quantity Surveyor with Slogani Properties Limited, TempoHousing Nigeria and Afriland properties PLC as Quantity surveyor cum project coordinator before he joined EPCM Consultants Limited. His core competencies include Project Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Project Cost Accounting, Contract Administration, Budgeting and contract management. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor. He has provided cost and time management services to various categories of Clients. He is registered with both Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).

Victor is trained quantity surveyor and YouBIM certified consultant with expertise in BIM integration for assets and facility management. He is a British standard Institute recognised BIM manger and a project management institute certified project management professional. Victor has managed projects that leverage the power of BIM, VR/AR and automation to drive better performance, productivity, efficiency and cost saving.
