Oluwatomi Ogundare
B.Sc. (QS), M.Sc. (Const. Mgt.), ACE, MNIQS, RQS, ACISM, MCMAA, MNIM, PMP
Oluwatomi is a Program and Cost Management specialist. He has worked with both AECOM and WSP brands to provide project and cost advisory services to global clients. Oluwatomi has honed his skills in Cost Planning, Value Engineering, Contract management, Construction Management, Construction Scheduling, Procurement management and Project Management.
He has successfully provided time and cost management services in Mall developments, Banks, Hotels and Offices development, retail fit-outs and large scale residential developments. He has led full suites of construction team and undertaken programme recovery assignments – as Construction Manager at risk. He is a corporate Quantity Surveyor registered with both Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He is a member of Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). He is currently pursuing an MBA with University of South Wales, UK.

Akintunde
With over thirteen years of cost management practice, Akintunde is a versatile and accomplished Quantity Surveyor and Cost Advisor with a track record of proven success in managing, supervising construction works and academic research. Experienced in multi-million and smaller scale full project lifecycle costing in the private sector both in Nigeria and Ghana, he has achieved excellence in cost advisory services to the client while maintaining the highest level of standards.
He has successfully provided cost management services in Mall developments, Banks, Hotels and Offices development, retail fit-outs and large-scale residential developments.
