The Purple Mall is a proposed multi-use development strategically located along Freedom Way, Lekki 1, Lagos. Encompassing a gross floor area of approximately 35,000m2 over 4 suspended floors, this development integrates retail spaces, offices, and residential apartments, aligning with Purple’s distinctive “live, shop, work, and play” model.
What we did
EPCM’s involvement includes providing comprehensive cost management services throughout the development process.
