Project Overview
The Admiralty Heights Office Development is a proposed 6-storey Grade A office building situated in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. With a generous gross floor area of 2250m2, the project encompasses on-grade parking on the ground floor and office spaces on five suspended floors. EPCM is engaged to provide comprehensive cost management services for the entire development.
What we did
Our role in this project involves end-to-end cost management services. From project inception to completion, our EPCM team will oversee and optimize the financial aspects, ensuring budget adherence, cost-effectiveness, and financial efficiency throughout the construction process. We will work closely with stakeholders to guarantee the successful delivery of a state-of-the-art Grade A office space.
The Results
Anticipated results include the successful construction and delivery of Admiralty Heights – a modern, Grade A office building that meets and exceeds industry standards. The conclusion of this project will underscore our commitment to excellence in cost management and contribute to the enhancement of commercial infrastructure in Lekki Phase 1.
