Project Overview

The Ikoyi Office Fit-out project aimed to transform a multi-tenant building in Ikoyi, Lagos, spanning 600 – 700 m2. The objective was to create an environmentally friendly office space with sustainable designs, fostering collaboration, cultural diversity, and agile working principles.

What we did

Our EPCM team took charge of both Project and Cost Management services. This involved coordinating the entire project life cycle, from initial concept discussions to the final touches. We facilitated the integration of sustainable workspace designs, promoting collaboration and interaction while adhering to agile working principles.

The Results

The successful completion of the Ikoyi Office Fit-out project delivered a modern, environmentally conscious workspace.
